I’m Grace Jacobs, LICSW, founder of Reflect. I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in Seattle WA. This last year has highlighted to me the importance of self-care and emotional wellness.⁠ ⁠ I spent last year training in expressive arts therapy @nwceai.⁠ Now I am in a two-year training program to become a mindfulness meditation teacher under @tarabrach and @jack_kornfield⁠ ⁠ As a therapist, I have specialized training in helping people with many aspects of their lives including relationships, trauma, transitions, motivation, and sleep⁠.⁠ ⁠ I look forward to sharing ideas and resources with you. I also hope to create a space for you to express yourself, be present, and grow in new ways!

Mon/Wed/Fri @ 11AM EST : Start your morning in quiet contemplation. This class is a chance to develop a regular meditation practice.
Tuesdays @ 7PM ET Connect to your emotions and self-soothe through compassion for yourself and others. When you make time to be with yourself and the source of love in your heart, there is great potential for personal transformation. Join us for this guided meditation and tap into the innate wisdom of your mind and body through cultivating kindness and acceptance towards yourself and others.

Every Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 11AM ET Start your morning in quiet contemplation. This class is a chance to develop a regular meditation practiced start your day with a positive perspective and clear mind. I will share a quote or poem, hold the space for silent meditation and time for journaling. One of the main benefits is sharing this time live with others to help hold you accountable and feel the connection with others.

Held the 4th Sunday of the month @ 7PM ET, 2 hours In our signature 2-hour self care workshop, experience a sampling of creative and expressive therapy modalities. Make a cup of tea, gather any art supplies you have, bring a journal, and make yourself comfortable. This event is hosted by professional therapists. You will get to connect with this month's theme in multiple ways that could include writing, poetry, music, visual art, movement, and meditation. We will be waiting for you!

Mondays @ 10PM EST, offered the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month Join us for an art therapy exercise which may include other forms of creative expression as week such as journaling, and guided visualization. There will be a chance to connect and share but sharing is optional. Each workshop will be a chance to connect to your emotions, identity, and your life in different ways.
