Looking forward to shining my light bright and sharing my skills with everyone who is interested in learning/practicing meditation, breath work, Power Vinyasa Flow, as well as providing nutritional advices to achieve healthy and mindful lifestyle. -RYS 200HR Power Vinyasa certified Yoga Instructor. Wednesdays @ 11AM EST : Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. We will start this Open level class with a simple breathing technique to center and ground your breath and calm your mind. Continuing with slow-pace Vinyasa Flow, focusing on alignment, balance and flexibility. Finishing up with plenty of time in Savasana to absorb and integrate the benefits of your practice.
